Goin' to New Orleans....

Yes, I'm heading down to the Big Easy, or what's left of it, on 4/21, for the French Quarter Festival...actually, I'm really going down there to see, with my own eyes, what's going on...so many horror stories from my pals in NOLA. My bro Tim, and our sax man John Ewart, and I are flying down together, and hopefully we'll get to do some jammin' with the locals...we have a blues hoe-down already in the works w/Jeff Sutton, our pal & webmaster of our Whammy Bar online group...he's got us trekking up into the Mississippi Delta a couple hours north of NOLA to rock out with King Lloyd's blues-playing band & show, at the King's boogie-shack roadhouse up in the swamp somewhere...hope my cell phone GPS allows someone to find us if the gators catch our scent!!!

My health is good, last check-up was clean & green...hoping for a lot more of those in future!!!
